Monaco doesn't name camping: it regulates private occupation of the communal public domain and the public road. A tent that occupies in that way needs an individual municipal authorisation, declaring type, place, duration and equipment, normally a month ahead.
- That the procedure exists doesn't mean the Mayor routinely authorises recreational overnight tents. We don't present it as though it did.

Van and motorhome
Public car parks — Monaco
The 2023 regulation admits motorhomes as vehicles, but occupants may only remain for the reasonable time required by parking operations. Admitting the vehicle isn't admitting you sleep in it.
